Selecting the right destination and venue can be critical to the success of your event. We keep abreast of industry trends, new properties, and unique venues so we can make appropriate recommendations that suit your needs. Once our site research is complete, we develop a comprehensive document that includes room rates, available dates, special hotel offerings and concessions, and general destination information.

During the research process, we work with hotel sales staff as well as national account managers to negotiate the best rates possible for you. We also aggressively negotiate attrition and cancellation policies, flexible payment terms, and concessions such as complimentary room nights, room upgrades, and amenities.
