Lisa Porcelli — President and Founder
Lisa is a meetings industry veteran with nearly 17 years of experience. After a highly successful career in corporate marketing and event management, Lisa decided it was time to make a life long dream of owning her own company a reality. With a passion for event planning, Keystone Event Group was founded. Prior to establishing Keystone, Lisa recently held positions as Director of Events, managing and producing meetings, conferences, and special events in the direct selling and IT industries, including national conferences for 12,000, incentive trips for 3400, and several user group meetings. Lisa began her career as a food and beverage manager, and then transitioned to event operations for a large tradeshow producer. “I knew I was hooked on the event industry when I saw trucks driving into an empty exhibit hall, and three days later a beautiful show floor was created”. Lisa has produced events all over the world including multiple U.S. locations, Canada, Mexico, Europe and the Caribbean.

Natalie Zodda — Marketing Director
Natalie is responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs for client events. She has more than 10 years experience in marketing communications and program management. Most recently Natalie was a Marketing Manager at SpeechWorks International (now ScanSoft), where she planned, executed and supervised numerous high-impact direct mail, advertising, web, email marketing and telemarketing projects both in-house and with third parties. Natalie was also a Marketing Manager at Ullo International where she managed the promotions for 12 conferences and expos per year, including direct mail, advertising, telemarketing, web and public relations.

Michelle Scott — Senior Event Operations Manager
With more than 15 years of experience in both the for-profit and the non-profit marketplace, Michelle has planned meetings, conferences, and special events for groups as large as 2000. She was recently the meeting planner for NYS Association of School Business Officials, where she managed and organized close to 100 meetings and workshops, as well as two large conferences. Her forte is theme development and creativity, focusing on unique meeting locations, innovative themes, and specialty décor. Michelle also has a strong business background in the areas of marketing, professional development and training, communications, and management and supervision of programs, staff and volunteers. Michelle’s dynamic combination of experience makes her exceptionally suited to ensure successful and memorable experiences for our clients’ events.

Pam Bury — Senior Graphic Designer
Pam has more than 15 years of experience in print and interactive graphic communications, focusing on corporate identity, website, collateral, and tradeshow design. She has worked extensively for software, hardware, educational and manufacturing companies around the country. Her work has been recognized in national magazines, as well as in several books on graphic design. Before starting her own firm, Bury Design, Pam was a senior designer at RSA Security, where she redesigned their corporate identity including all collateral, direct mail programs, and product branding and packaging. Pam also served as a senior product designer for Avicenna Systems, where she was credited with visionary designs that were instrumental in positioning the company to be successfully sold.
